Error Code 401: The error indicates the initialization failure of the device. Ensure that the device is properly connected and identified by your system.
Error Code 101 generally indicates your device is not properly connected. Check your connection to the USB to make sure your device is well attached. If the problem persists, try attaching your device to another USB port or cable.
Check if your device supports the USB Host mode. You can check this first, if not you can refer to the compatibility list on the SecuGen India website to see if your device exists in the list of supported devices.
Error Code 101: Device not recognized. Solution: Ensure the USB connection and proper installation of drivers. Error Code 202: Fingerprint not found. Solution: Place your finger correctly and clean the sensor. Error Code 303: Driver Problem. Try to reinstall or update drivers.
